Our Doctors
Dr. Stephanie Vondrak
Dr. Vondrak earned her DDS from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2002 and has practiced in Elkhorn for over 20 years. She specializes in advanced airway-focused dental surgery techniques and brings a whole-body approach to every patient. Dr. Vondrak Dr. Vondrak’s areas of interest based on her advanced education are sleep apnea appliances, TMD and TMJ therapy, and early orthopedic intervention for children—all delivered in a caring, individualized manner.
Dr. Saidah Mayo
Dr. Mayo brings advanced training in TMD therapy, splint design, and facial pain management. She works closely with each patient to identify root causes of discomfort—whether muscle tension, misalignment, or airway issues—and crafts tailored plans that restore function, ease pain, and enhance quality of life.
