I arrived at Vondrak Dental with TMD, awful pain, and scared – and Dr. Vondrak was not the first specialist I saw for my TMJ issues. Dr. Vondrak took the time to acknowledge each and every one of my concerns and created a personalized treatment plan that was not only individualized for me, but was one where I understood the “why” behind each step and decision that was made. Doctors don’t always do this. Dr. Vondrak does. The support, professionalism, and skillful knowledge allowed me to trust every step of the process that was planned and completed for me.

My treatment was not easy, nor short. Every single person at Vondrak Dental greets you with a smile, and when you go as often as I did, knows and remembers things about your life. They cheer for you, they support you, and they provide and sustain a positive culture unlike any other practice. If you have had/have TMD, you understand the importance of this part of the journey. In Jan of 2017- after my family told me that I was using selective hearing all the time.. I went in for a hearing test. The hearing in my right ear was crazy bad.. My 4th ENT recommended that I go see a TMJ specialist- Dr Vondrak-finally I was starting down a path of positive help..I had pain / it felt like a screwdriver was in my ear stabbing me- Dr Vondrak came up with a treatment plan- with no promises that I would get my hearing back but that she could help my pain and the dizziness I had from time to time.
It has been a long process- step by step. A splint, an appliance add in orthopedic (braces) with a final step of 6 total crowns on the top of my mouth.

Today was my last orthodontic appointment. At the end of April the braces will finally be off- ENT promised to do another hearing test so I can see the difference too.. 3or4 months after the braces come off we will start working the crowns in, so my jaw can stay aligned correctly permanently.

Dr Vondrak has shown me so much patience through this entire process- we met in early August of 2017- her knowledge and her willingness to seek out additional assistance from those in her special field of study gave me my life back.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rainbolt at Wilson Dental! Taking my infant in for a laser frenectomy was extremely scary, I was nervous and emotional about the whole thing. Dr. Rainbolt was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough-taking time to answer every single question I had with care and clarity. It’s clear she’s highly skilled and passionate about what she does, and cares very much about her tiniest patients. She performed the laser frenectomy to release my daughter’s lip and tongue tie at just under 3 months old and walked me through every step, explaining the process in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. Before and after the procedure, she patiently showed me how to properly care for my daughter and made sure I felt confident going forward. The costs were clearly laid out ahead of time, so there were no surprises. The entire office staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. I’m so grateful for the compassion and expertise we received… HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rainbolt!

Before I came to Vondrak dental for my jaw pain, I could barely chew. The pain was so intense no matter what I was eating. Turns out I could only open my jaw to 27 degrees when normal is between 50-60 degrees. After the first appliance and exercises and therapy the pain went away! Through all the appliances and adjustments, Dr. Vondrak and all the staff in the office was always positive and supportive. It was actually fun to go in to the appointments! If you have jaw pain make sure to check them out! 

I always have a great experience at this office starting with the front desk, the dentist, hygienist, and assistants! Their appointment reminder/communication system is very smooth and efficient. The atmosphere is always positive and educational and there are never billing issues. I always give their name out to people needing an excellent dentist.

Wilson Dental is amazing! Being greeted by Lacie and Dani, excellent cleaning by Abbey and Liz and then visit with Dr. Rainbolt. Dr. Rainbolt is caring, thorough and a true professional. Everyone in that office makes going to the dentist a very enjoyable experience!!!!

Love this office-l actually look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone is so kind and so much fun to be around. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of.
